The 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, held on June 3, 2025, adopted a resolution on the “World Horse Day” initiative of the President of Mongolia, Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, and adopted a resolution to celebrate World Horse Day on July 11 of each year. In this context, preparations are underway to organize the "World Horse Day-2026" event on July 11-13, 2026 in the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar.

The "World Horse Day-2026" event will be an important international platform for improving policy coordination between countries, sharing good practices, supporting the development of horse heritage, equestrian sports, and equestrianism, and deepening global cooperation, with the participation of equestrian associations, equestrian centers, government agencies, policymakers, and experts from all over the world.
