Ensures the main activities of the museum through policy and management, implements financial, human resource, and external relations management, evaluates the treasury against potential risks, and continuously and normally conducts and monitors the daily activities of the museum. RESEARCH AND COLLECTION DEPARTMENT
Develops museum collection policies, conducts research on museum exhibits and collections, conducts field research, develops exhibition layout plans, general museum descriptions, exhibits and exhibition titles and descriptions, develops and publishes various catalogs, scientific series, implements joint research projects with similar domestic and foreign organizations, publishes research results, creates a gene pool for biological species research, stores and collects samples, conducts research in geology, paleontology, botany, and zoology. The department will be responsible for the processing, restoration, and taxidermy of invertebrate and vertebrate collections. It will also be responsible for the preservation, movement, and enrichment policies of museum exhibits and collections, as well as for the creation of museum databases, registration, documentation, and movement of exhibits and collections, and reference information. MARKETING AND PUBLIC DEPARTMENT Develops and implements marketing policies to promote museum activities, develops cultural and creative production, educates children and young people, is responsible for the museum's educational work, informal training programs, website and homepage, develops and approves thematic plans for permanent exhibitions and temporary exhibitions, and is responsible for organizing domestic and international exhibitions. SECURITY AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT Maintains the security of the museum's collections, buildings, internal and external environments, monitors them with an integrated alarm system, and provides visitors and the public with a comfortable, clean and safe environment in the museum will implement the duty of providing accessible information.
